Policy of Transactions with Associated Parties

The purpose of the Policy of Transactions with Associated Parties is to establish supervision and disclosure procedures of the transactions carried out by the companies of the group EPSO-G with the associated parties that would allow assessing properly the conflicts of interests related to such transactions and minimizing possible negative consequences of such transactions to the companies, minority shareholders and unrelated persons.
