To meet the objectives set by the shareholder  in the business strategy, the EPSO-G Group aims to attract employees and managers with appropriate attitude towards values, qualification and professional skills required for the specific position, and general and managerial competencies appropriate to the level of their responsibilities.

Therefore, candidates for each position are subject to certain requirements regarding their responsibilities:

  • When forming boards or collegial supervisory and management bodies, we aim for the synthesis of knowledge, skills and experience of the members that enable the collegial bodies to properly perform functions assigned to them.
  • We pursue high standards of values, professional skills and good repute for employees at all levels, and excellent leadership skills for managers.
  • The synthesis of competencies, leadership and professional knowledge of employees and managers gives rise to a creative, advanced organisational culture that is open to innovations and changes.

EPSO-G’s recruitment policy aims to establish common selection principles and practice of the Group’s companies in order to transparently select the best candidates with the appropriate qualifications, skills, experience and values complying with the requirements of collegial bodies, managerial and staff positions at all levels, the candidates who could effectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the individual companies of the Group and the Group as a whole.
