Trust line

It’s important to EPSO-G Group that you feel safe and are able to report any inappropriate behavior by employees or partners. That’s why we have a Trust Line – an opportunity to report possible violations anonymously and confidentially, helping to prevent and expose violations.

What kind of information can you report?

You can report if you see or suspect:

  • corruption, bribery, fraud, or other dishonest behavior
  • violations of procurement, data protection, asset use, or other rules
  • harassment, violence, discrimination, or other inappropriate behavior
  • violations of employee safety, health, or environmental requirements
  • unethical behavior by partners
  • violations of the security or use of artificial intelligence systems.

If you are unsure whether a situation constitutes a violation, it is better to report it, and we will evaluate it.

How to report?

Choose the most convenient method:

  • by email [email protected]
  • by filling out the notification form
  • by post: EPSO-G, Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius. Please indicate on the envelope: "Confidential notification, do not open"
  • by contacting Andrius Svobonas, EPSO-G Group Head of Business Resilience.

If you have any documents, photos, or other information that may help clarify the situation, please attach them.

How will reports be handled?

  • your report will be treated confidentially
  • it will only be reviewed by authorized specialists
  • we will usually respond within 30 days.

If the report is anonymous, we will not be able to respond, but it will still be evaluated.
