S. Grinevičienė becomes Head of Organisation Development and Culture of the EPSO-G Group

This Monday Simona Grinevičienė took up her new position as Head of Organisation Development and Culture at EPSO-G, the energy transmission and exchange group. With more than 20 years of experience in finance, energy and the civil service, she will be responsible for the Group's people and culture, sustainability and the administration of the corporate office.

For the past few years, Ms Grinevičienė has been the Head of the Baltic Legal and Prevention Department of the insurance company Gjensidige. Prior to that, Ms Grinevičienė headed the Legal Department at Ignitis Group and served as a member of the Management Boards and Supervisory Boards of Ignitis Group companies. Prior to that, she was a member of the Management Board of Aviva, where she was responsible for HR, legal, office administration, IT and customer service.

She started her professional career at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, where she contributed to the transformation of the legal framework for the financial sector in Lithuania in line with the requirements of EU law and to the development and implementation of the EU structural support system in Lithuania.

S. Grinevičienė is an independent member of the Supervisory Board of European Merchant Bank. She is also a member of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance's Policy Group, contributing her experience and knowledge to the improvement of good corporate governance in Lithuania. She holds a Master's degree in Law from Vilnius University and a Master's degree from the International Business School of Vilnius University. 

The EPSO-G Group consists of the management company EPSO-G, its five direct subsidiaries Amber Grid, Baltpool, Energy cells, Litgrid and Tetas, and the indirectly controlled GET Baltic. The rights and responsibilities of the sole shareholder of EPSO-G are implemented by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
