This year, independent member Robertas Vyšniauskas was elected the Chairman of the Board.

“The priorities of the EPSO-G Board remain the consolidation of the Group by expanding its activities and adjusting its business model accordingly, and the development of non-regulated activities, as well as the selection of the CEO for the near future,” said Robertas Vyšniauskas, EPSO-G Board Chairman.
