J. Šlekytė becomes Head of Law and Corporate Governance at EPSO-G

Jurgita Šlekytė has been appointed Head of the Legal and Corporate Governance Department of the energy transmission and exchange group of companies EPSO-G. Jurgita replaced Renata Damanskytė-Rekašienė, who is on maternity leave.

Since 2008, J. Šlekytė has worked in various positions in companies of Maxima Group and Vilniaus prekyba – the legal manager, HR manager, Board member and manager of the company Franmax. From 2020 to 2021, Jurgita headed investment management company Agile Finance of Maxima Group. Previously, she had worked as Head of Legal Department for Omnitel.

J. Šlekytė holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, as well as a Master's degree in Management and Business Management from the Baltic Management Institute (BMI).

EPSO-G group of companies consists of the management company EPSO-G, Amber Grid, Baltpool, Energy cells, Litgrid and Tetas, and indirectly controlled GET Baltic. The rights and obligations of the sole shareholder of EPSO-G are exercised by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
