Rasa Kražauskienė Appointed Independent Member of the EPSO-G Nomination and Remuneration Committee

The Board of the new energy group EPSO-G has appointed Rasa Kražauskienė as an independent member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

She replaced Ramūnas Bagdonas, who served on the committee until November 1, 2025 and Liudas Liutkevičius, who served as a temporary independent member.

R. Kražauskienė assumed her duties as an independent member of the committee on January 7, 2026.

Her expertise and many years of experience will contribute to improving the quality of decision-making, ensuring transparent management selection, and consistently applying remuneration management practices across the Group,” says Robertas Vyšniauskas, Chair of the Board of EPSO-G.

R. Kražauskienė has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management and organizational culture. She currently serves as Human Resources Manager at Fazer Baltics and is a member of the Board of Fazer Lietuva. Previously, she worked as Human Resources and Administration Manager at EBV Finance. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Mykolas Romeris University and a degree in Nuclear Law from the University of Montpellier (France).

The term of office of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee coincides with that of the EPSO-G Board and will continue until March 2027. The committee consists of at least three members appointed by the Board. Robertas Vyšniauskas and Dovilė Kavaliauskienė will continue to participate in the committee’s activities.

The EPSO-G group of companies consists of the holding company EPSO-G and its six direct subsidiaries Amber Grid, Baltpool, Energy cells, EPSO-G Invest, Litgrid and Tetas. EPSO-G and its Group companies also hold shares in Rheinmetall Defence Lietuva, Baltic RCC OÜ and TSO Holding AS. The rights and obligations of the sole shareholder of EPSO-G are exercised by the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
