Mindaugas Keizeris     Chief Executive Officer

Mindaugas Keizeris is Chief Executive officer of EPSO-G since August 22, 2022.

From 2012 to 2022 M. Keizeris has worked for Lietuvos Energija (currently Ignitis Group) as a member of the Group’s Board, as well as on the Boards and Supervisory Boards of its subsidiaries. From 2018 to 2022 he has been Chair of the Board and CEO at ESO.

CEO of EPSO-G is a graduate of Vilnius University with a degree in Business Administration and Management, a Master’s degree in International Business, as well as a graduate of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance in training programme for professional board members.

M. Keizeris has no shares in the EPSO-G Group’s companies.

The Declaration of Private Interests has been submitted to the Chief Official Ethics Commission.
